Anil Jain
A Civil Engineer, from prestigious The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore University comes from the family which is known widely for civil engineering inheritance and expertise in the field of construction business,since 1987, He has not only proved expert in civil construction is also a mature entrepreneur and a very successful administrator which has put the company on the path of progress and rise. He holds a vast knowledge of handling complete project management.
Rishabh Jain
Rishabh Jain is young enthusiastic Architect. He is full of creative ideas and have clear knowledge of Architectural Designing. He loves to handle the tough and difficult time bound projects, which have made him young entrepreneur with practical approach. His vision has enriched the company’s prospects and take the company to new heights.
Our History
In the year 1987, our founder Late Shri P.M. Jain established M/s Arihant Builders. Builder & Construction firm to use his experience skill in real estate construction business. Later, in the year 2004, we formed a new civil construction company known as M/s Shubh Construction, which is a proprietary firm of Mr. Anil Jain (B.E. CIVIL) with a purpose of developing extraordinary real estate properties that would change the scenario of the construction industry. Since then the company have undertaken a large number of construction & development works and have successfully completed these projects.

Our primary company Arihant Builders established in year 1987, has proudly served over 30 years in the industry of Real Estate Development and Civil Construction. We have successfully completed large number of Real Estate projects both Residential and commercial sector, in South Delhi.
Shubh Construction, under Sh. Anil Jain has been executing building construction projects as building contractor giving its best to the Construction Industry. Shubh Engineers, a civil engineering consultant company, in proudly delivering complete end to end solutions to building construction projects and are also into civil engineering consultation for large projects.
